How we run projects, from proposals to launch week.
Healthcare website design for health tech and clinics.
Brand, website and AI search for health tech companies, clinic groups and telehealth providers. We’ve built for a medical device maker, a clinic network and telehealth clinics, around the AHPRA and TGA rules healthcare marketing works under.
- 4x the enquiriesSmileyscope’s enquiry forms in its first weeks, against its old site.
- Australia and the USFresh Clinics runs one Webflow site for both countries.
- Built around the rulesTestimonial limits, referenced claims and disclaimers, planned from the start.
A healthcare website has more to get right.
It speaks to patients, families, clinicians and referrers, often on the same page, and most of them arrive with a question that matters to them. They need clear answers and an easy way to get in touch.
It also works under rules most websites don’t: limits on testimonials, claims that need references, disclaimers, practitioner-only content and stricter privacy. We plan for those from the start, so they shape the design rather than being patched on before launch.

Who we’ve worked with in healthcare.Medical technology, clinic networks, telehealth and specialty pharmacy.
Smileyscope
Medical technology, Australia and US
A new website for a VR medical device used during needle procedures, moved off Wix: Australian and US versions from one site, HubSpot-connected forms and referenced clinical claims, launched for World Health Expo in Dubai.

Fresh Clinics
Medical aesthetics network, Australia and US
A rebuild across Australian and US sites with HubSpot forms, cookie consent set up with their privacy advisers, a planned SEO migration and FAQs on every page. We’ve kept building landing pages and features since launch.

Doctor Canna

A website for a nationwide telehealth clinic, built around checking eligibility and switching clinics, with the domain, Search Console and terms kept current, and changes made quickly when AHPRA asked for them.

Econohealth
Telehealth clinic

What we do for healthcare teams.
Brand
Identities that feel calm and credible to patients and serious to clinicians, from a new clinic brand to a refresh of one that’s grown.
Websites patients can use
Clear service and location pages, written for people who aren’t experts, designed mobile-first and checked for accessible contrast.
Website designEnquiry and booking flows
Forms connected to your CRM, routed to the right team, with thank-you pages and tracking, so you can see which pages bring in patients.
Content built for the rules
Room for references, disclaimers and practitioner-only content, and no testimonials where they aren’t allowed. Your compliance team signs off the claims; the site makes their changes easy.

SEO & AI search
Technical SEO, structured data and answer-ready pages, so patients find clear answers on Google and in AI assistants. Redesigns come with a full redirect map, to protect the rankings you have.
Healthcare SEO and AI searchAustralia and US
One site serving both countries, with localised pages and the hreflang tags that tell search engines which version to show.
Multi-country websites: one site or several?
In our clients’ words.
“Thanks again for all your amazing work on the website: we’ve had some excellent feedback already, plus 4x ‘Contact Us’ enquiries that have led directly to sales. That’s pretty rare in the healthcare space…”
Healthcare, answered. What healthcare teams ask us before they start.
We’ve built around them on several projects: limits on testimonials, referenced clinical claims, disclaimers and practitioner-only content. In Australia that usually means AHPRA’s advertising guidelines and, for therapeutic goods, the TGA’s rules. We’re not your regulatory advisers, so claims go through your compliance team, and we build the site so their changes are quick to make.
Yes. We fix the technical foundations, add structured data, and write pages and FAQs that answer the questions patients actually ask, which is what Google’s AI Overviews and assistants like ChatGPT draw on. No one can guarantee a citation, but we remove the reasons you’d be left out.
Yes. We’ve built healthcare sites with Australian and US versions, localised content and hreflang tags, so each country sees the pages meant for it.
Usually. We’ve connected healthcare sites to HubSpot, with form routing and tracking, and other sites to CRMs like Zoho. Tell us what you use and we’ll check before we start.
That’s part of every rebuild. We list every page on your current site, map each old address to its new one, and check Search Console after launch.
We plan most builds for two and a half to three months, and content and approvals usually set the pace. Smileyscope’s site went live on the opening day of World Health Expo in Dubai, and Fresh Clinics had a month of testing on staging before launch.
Let’s talk about your healthcare website.
Tell us where you are and what you need. We’ll tell you honestly how we’d help.
