How we run projects, from proposals to launch week.
Website redesign, without losing what already works.
We redesign and rebuild websites for teams who’ve outgrown theirs: a new structure and design, built so your team can run it, with every old page redirected so your search rankings carry over.
When a redesign is worth it.
Most teams come to us when the site has stopped keeping up: it looks dated next to the business, new pages need a developer, it’s slow on phones, or it was built for a company that has since changed shape.
A redesign is the chance to fix all of that at once. The risk is losing what the old site had earned, its rankings and its links, which is why we map every address before anything moves and keep watching after launch.
Websites we’ve redesigned. From a rebrand to a new name and domain, to three regional sites rebuilt on one system.
Smokeball
Legal practice management software, Australia, UK and US
We’ve looked after their Webflow site since 2024. In 2026 we rebuilt their Australian, US and UK sites on one component system and launched all three on the same day.

Skip
Home lender, Australia
Two websites for the same lender: the Sucasa site, then the rebuild for its rebrand to Skip, built in Webflow from their designer’s new brand system, with the calculators, articles and search rankings carried across.

Altus
Project and portfolio management for Microsoft 365
A website their marketing team runs themselves, with training, a language selector across the site, FAQ schema and a technical SEO check.

Fresh Clinics
Medical aesthetics network, Australia and US
A rebuild across Australian and US sites with HubSpot forms, cookie consent set up with their privacy advisers, a planned SEO migration and FAQs on every page. We’ve kept building landing pages and features since launch.

Smileyscope
Medical technology, Australia and US
A new website for a VR medical device used during needle procedures, moved off Wix: Australian and US versions from one site, HubSpot-connected forms and referenced clinical claims, launched for World Health Expo in Dubai.

Generate
B2B marketing community, Australia and New Zealand
Their website in 2024, then a new one in 2026: a design system and a faster build their team can update themselves, with pages for the community, the Generate Summit and the blog.

What a redesign includes.
An audit of the current site
What’s working, what isn’t, which pages bring in traffic and enquiries, and what the new site has to keep.
Website strategy and planningA new structure and design
A sitemap and page designs built around your content and your customers’ questions, from a design system your team can extend.
Website and UI designThe build, in Webflow or code
Built from reusable components and a CMS your marketing team runs, so the redesign doesn’t need redoing in two years.
Our Webflow agency workRedirects that keep your rankings
Every old address mapped to its new page and redirected in one hop, so links and search standing carry over.
Website migration SEO: keep your rankingsContent moved across
Posts, case studies and resources carried into the new design, from WordPress, HubSpot, Wix or an older build.
A WordPress to Webflow migration planTraining and support
Training for your team at handover, a close watch through the first week, and ongoing support if you want it.
Website maintenance services
How a redesign runs.
Audit and plan
We review the current site, its traffic and its content, agree what the new one has to do, and send a proposal with the scope.
Design
A direction, then page designs for desktop and phone, reviewed with you before the build starts.
Build and migrate
The new site built on staging, content carried across, and every old address mapped to its new page.
Launch and look after
Redirects live before the switch, Search Console checked through the first weeks, then training for your team.
In our clients’ words.
“Matt was an absolute legend to work with, easy going and adaptable. We had an awesome outcome for our website redevelopment…”
Website redesigns, answered. What teams ask before they start.
It depends on the scope: how many page templates the new site needs, how much content moves across, integrations such as a CRM or bookings, and how many countries or languages it covers. We quote each redesign after a first call, and the proposal sets out exactly what’s included before any work starts.
Not if it’s planned. We keep addresses that rank where we can, redirect everything that moves to its closest new page, and watch Search Console after launch. Skip changed its name and domain this way and its rankings held. No one can promise rankings won’t move at all.
We plan most redesigns for two and a half to three months from kickoff to launch. Content and approvals usually set the pace. Altus’s redesign and move from WordPress took 18 weeks from kickoff to launch.
A redesign usually is starting again on the design and build, while keeping what works: the pages that rank, the content worth keeping and the addresses people already link to. What changes is how it looks, how it’s structured and how easy it is for your team to run.
Yes. Smokeball’s three regional sites and Skip’s were rebuilt from earlier Webflow builds. We also move sites onto Webflow from WordPress, HubSpot and Wix as part of a redesign.
Access to the current site and its analytics, your brand files, someone who can give feedback and sign off each stage, and your content or time with a copywriter we can recommend. We agree it all at the kickoff, along with the milestones.
Let’s talk about your redesign.
