Website maintenance that keeps your site improving.

Monthly studio time for the work that keeps a site useful: fixes, new pages and components, search upkeep and speed. For Webflow and custom-built sites, including ones we didn’t build.

Less upkeep, more improvement.

On Webflow, the platform already handles hosting, security, SSL and backups, and there are no plugins to update. So maintenance isn’t about keeping the site alive. It’s about keeping it moving with the business.

Each month we agree a short list of changes with you, build them on staging, show you them working, and publish once you’re happy. Most of it turns out to be the site growing: the next campaign, a new product, pages your team asks for.

Sites we look after.Ongoing work for teams in software, lotteries and healthcare.

Legal practice management software, Australia, UK and US

We’ve looked after their Webflow site since 2024. In 2026 we rebuilt their Australian, US and UK sites on one component system and launched all three on the same day.

What maintenance covers.

  • Fixes and updates

From a broken link to a section that needs rethinking, fixed on staging and checked on the live site.

  • New pages and landing pages

Campaign, product and event pages built from your site’s own components, or new components when a page needs something the library doesn’t have.

  • Search upkeep

Redirects when content moves, titles and descriptions on new pages, and Search Console checked regularly.

    Webflow SEO: a practical guide
  • Conversion improvements

Finding where visitors hesitate and reworking those pages, forms and calls to action.

    Ongoing optimisation
  • Speed and health checks

Images, scripts and settings kept in shape as the site grows, so pages stay fast.

Webflow Lighthouse score: how to improve it
  • Sites we didn’t build

We start by learning how the site is put together, then agree what to tidy, what to leave and how support will work.

How a month runs.

  1. Plan the month

A short list of changes, agreed together and ranked by impact and effort.

  2. Build on staging

Every change built on staging first, never straight onto the live site.

  3. Review it working

A staging link and a recorded walkthrough, so your team sees each change before customers do.

  4. Publish and check

Approved changes go live and are checked on the live site, then we look at what they did.

In our clients’ words.

“Matt understood what we were after quickly, which saved us a lot of back and forth early on, and kept us updated at every stage…”

Website maintenance, answered. What teams ask before they start.

With us, it’s studio time each month for the work that keeps a site useful: fixes, new pages and components, search upkeep such as redirects and titles, speed checks and conversion improvements. On Webflow, hosting, security, SSL and backups are handled by the platform, so the time goes on improving the site.

It depends on how much changes each month. On Webflow, hosting is your own site plan, billed to you by Webflow, from US$15 a month billed yearly as of October 2026. Our support is studio time on top, agreed in the proposal, and can be paused or ended with 30 days’ notice.

Yes. We start by learning how the site is put together, its components, CMS and styles, then agree priorities. A Webflow site built from reusable components is quick to pick up; one with a lot of one-off styling usually benefits from tidying first.

Webflow sites, and sites built as code, such as Astro sites hosted on Vercel. If your site is on WordPress or another platform and you’re thinking of moving, we can talk about that too.

No. Hosting stays on your own plan, billed to you, so the site and its hosting are always in your hands. We look after what’s built on it.

Yes, with 30 days’ notice. The site is yours either way, and nothing is locked to us.
