Econohealth: a telehealth clinic, live in nine days.

Econohealth is an Australian telehealth clinic for natural therapies. We gave it a new brand and a Webflow website built around a simple patient journey, careful wording and clear pricing, and had it live nine days after the designs were approved.

The Econohealth home page: “Australia’s Most Affordable Brand Agnostic Natural Therapy Clinic”

A clinic for patients who know what they need.

Econohealth’s patients have usually been through this before. Many are switching clinics, and they know what they’re looking for, so the brief was a site that felt efficient and convenient rather than another wellness brand.

The clinic’s existing brand didn’t help: it didn’t match the calm, modern feel the new site was going for, so Econohealth asked us to rethink the brand at the same time.

It also had to work within Australia’s rules on advertising health services: nothing that names a product, nothing that promises an outcome, and clear disclaimers. And the clinic needed the right policies in place for its LegitScript certification.

By the numbers.

  • 9days from approved designs to launch
  • 4days from approval to a working staging site
  • 6days ahead of the launch target
  • 7pages, from how it works to the privacy policy
  • 4steps from enquiry form to ongoing care
  • 19questions answered, filterable by topic

What we did for Econohealth.

October to November 2025

A new brand and the designs

We started with the brand: concepts in warm, earthy colours with lifestyle photography and new typography, to set Econohealth apart from clinical-looking competitors. Econohealth chose a direction, we built the brand out from it, and designed the pages around it, sent with a recorded walkthrough and approved two days later.

  • A new logo, replacing the old one
  • Warm, earthy colours and new typography
  • A photography direction built on everyday lifestyle images
  • Home, How it works, Pricing, FAQs and Contact pages
  • Feature lists and wording reviewed for health advertising rules

November to December 2025

Build and launch

We built the site in Webflow and had it on staging four days after the designs were approved. It went live on 25 November 2025, six days ahead of the clinic’s target, and in December we added the privacy policy and LegitScript seal the clinic needed for its certification.

  • A contact form that goes straight to the clinic’s inbox
  • Links into the clinic’s own intake form and booking system
  • An FAQ page filterable by appointments, aftercare, pricing and the clinic
  • Structured data for a medical business, page titles and a sitemap
  • A privacy policy and terms, and the LegitScript seal in the footer
  • The Econohealth home page on a phone
  • The Econohealth pricing page on a phone
  • How Econohealth works, on a phone

A brand that feels calm, not clinical.

Most clinics in this space look either clinical or like a supplement shop. We took Econohealth the other way: a simple lowercase wordmark, a cream background, a fresh green for every call to action, and photography of people outdoors, walking, cycling and talking, rather than products or white coats.

The type is clean and modern, set large for headings and plain for everything else, so the site reads as quick and straightforward, which is what patients switching clinics are looking for.

What makes it different, in plain words.

Econohealth isn’t tied to any product brand or supplier, so its doctors can recommend whatever suits the patient. The home page leads with that, calling the clinic brand agnostic, and because not every patient knows the term, one line underneath explains exactly what it means.

The rest of the site keeps to the same plain language: how it works in four steps, what it costs, and how to get in touch.

Careful with every word.

Health services in Australia can’t advertise the way other businesses do. The site talks about natural therapy and care plans but names no products, and its benefits describe the service, such as personalised care, a seamless experience and clear pricing, rather than outcomes.

Where a word could read as a claim, it came out. The pricing page carries disclaimers explaining how medicines are regulated in Australia and that a doctor decides what is suitable, and every clinician mentioned is AHPRA registered.

Prices on the page.

Patients comparing clinics want to know what it costs before they call. The pricing page sets out two options side by side: a free nurse screening to talk through their needs, and a doctor consultation with a small holding fee that is credited back.

Each option lists what it includes, with a clear next step: start your journey, or find out if you’re eligible.

Four steps from form to care.

The how it works page walks patients through the journey in four steps: a short enquiry form, a free screening call with an AHPRA-registered nurse, a phone consultation with an AHPRA-registered doctor, and ongoing care afterwards.

Every Get Started button leads into the clinic’s own intake form, consultations book through its existing booking system, and the contact form goes straight to the clinic’s inbox, so nothing new had to be learned to run it. Nineteen questions on the FAQ page, filterable by topic, answer the rest.

Live in nine days.

The designs were approved on 16 November 2025, the site was on staging four days later and live on 25 November, six days ahead of the clinic’s target. We submitted it to Google at launch, with structured data describing a medical business, page titles and a sitemap in place.

In December the clinic needed its privacy policy published for its LegitScript certification. It was live the same morning it was asked for, and once the certification came through, the LegitScript seal went into the site’s footer.
