Endeavour Lotteries: a membership site built to convert, and pages their team can build.

Endeavour Lotteries is the fundraising lottery of Endeavour Foundation, which supports people with intellectual disability. We built its new Membership site in Webflow for the October 2025 rebrand, then the campaign pages for every Prize Home draw since, on a component system their own marketing team now uses.

The Endeavour Lotteries Membership page: “Big Prizes, Even bigger impact.”

A rebrand with a deadline.

Endeavour Lotteries was relaunching with a new brand on 31 October 2025, and its Star Supporters were becoming Members. The membership page is where supporters sign up to a monthly subscription, so it had to sell the change, not just explain it.

The brief was a page built to convert: mobile first, flexible enough for campaign variations, on a subdomain of its own, built from the creative agency’s designs. And with a new campaign always on the way, the marketing team needed to build pages without waiting on anyone.

By the numbers.

  • 6weeks from kickoff to the rebrand launch
  • 6membership levels, chosen with one tap
  • ~20components the team builds new pages from
  • 2Webflow sites: Membership, and the campaign pages
  • $18M+in prizes a year that members are in the draw for
  • 35member-only bonus draws a year, each with its own card

What we did for Endeavour Lotteries.

September to October 2025

The Membership site

Endeavour came to us at the end of August with a rebrand launch at the end of October. We turned the creative agency’s designs into a Webflow site on its own subdomain, with about three quarters of each page built as reusable components, and had it on staging a week after kickoff.

  • A Membership page built to convert, mobile first
  • Six membership levels with what each one includes
  • The member-only draws, each with its own call to action
  • A Rebrand Story page explaining what changes and what stays
  • FAQs on every page
  • Both live for the rebrand on 31 October 2025

Campaign pages, draw after draw

Since launch we’ve built the pages behind each campaign: every Prize Home draw, member promotions and partner offers, and a members area with a prize calendar. Along the way we rebuilt the component library so the marketing team can put a new page together themselves.

  • A landing page for each Prize Home draw
  • Member promotions, from car giveaways to double-ticket offers
  • Partner pages for campaigns with other brands
  • A members area with a live prize calendar and recent winners
  • A tidy library of about 20 named components
  • FAQs in the CMS, so one answer updates every page
  • Webflow training for the marketing team
  • The Membership page on a phone
  • The members area on a phone: “Welcome back! Your next big win is waiting.”
  • The House of the Year draw page on a phone

A page built to sign people up.

The Membership page opens with the offer, guaranteed access to more than $18 million in prizes a year from $10 a month, and the reassurance that matters most: total flexibility, no lock-ins. Everything below it answers the next question a supporter would ask.

Six membership levels sit side by side, each showing its monthly price, what it costs a day and exactly what it includes. Below them come the member-only draws, recent Prize Homes members were entered into, words from real members, and the FAQs, with a way to join or call a person at every turn.

Every ticket, tied to the cause.

Endeavour Lotteries funds Endeavour Foundation’s work with people with intellectual disability, and that is what sets it apart from any other lottery. The pages make sure supporters see it: photography of the people their membership helps, and lines like “More than a lottery. It’s a movement.” sitting right beside the prizes.

The Rebrand Story page did the same job for existing supporters at launch, explaining that Star Supporters were now Members, what was changing and, just as clearly, what wasn’t.

A new page for every draw.

Every Prize Home draw needs its own page: the home itself, a gallery and tour, the prize details, winner stories and a clear way to buy tickets. The House of the Year draw, a $3.7 million home in Maleny for Endeavour Foundation’s 75th year, is a good example.

Each draw page is put together from the same components, so a new one is a matter of new photos and copy rather than a new design, and it looks and works like every page before it.

Something for members to come back to.

Signing up is only the start. The members area welcomes people back with a countdown to the next winners, the draws they’re entered into next, last month’s winners and a prize calendar for the month ahead, fed from a data file the team updates.

It gives members a reason to return between draws, and a quick way to buy extra tickets or log in to their account.

Pages the marketing team builds themselves.

With a campaign always around the corner, waiting on us for every page would have slowed Endeavour down. So in 2026 we rebuilt the component library into about 20 clearly named components, moved the FAQs into the CMS so one answer can appear on many pages, and trained the marketing team in Webflow.

We still meet every week to plan what’s coming up, and build the pages that need something new, while the team builds the rest themselves.

In their words.

“Not only has Matt helped us make improvements to our website in Webflow, but he’s also empowered our team with the knowledge and tools to manage and make changes ourselves… I would highly recommend Matt and the Superbrick team!”
